A tow truck with a motorcycle helps clear the crash scene
Fire crews were called out to Highway 97 and Road 9 though Oliver on Thursday afternoon, after a motorcycle clipped a vehicle and subsequently crashed.
Oliver Fire Department Deputy Fire Chief Rob Graham said the motorcycle driver was “incidentally was thrown and his motorcycle was on the ground,” following the crash.
Crews controlled traffic in the area for a brief period while the site was cleared.
The motorcycle driver was taken by ambulance to hospital.
