The latest innovation in beer pouring technology. It sounds as if magnets at the bottom of the cup are pushed up by the machine which then fills the cup. The magnets then fall back down to seal the cup when taken off the machine. This makes for a fast pour, but aficionados will point out that the lack of head means the full flavor of the beer isn't released. Regardless, these customers don't seem to mind.
