Get rid of HOV lanes

I drive up and down the valley everyday and through Kelowna on almost a daily basis and its time to get rid of the HOV lane.  It isn't policed and tons of single occupant vehicles use it all the time. 

I follow beside them and they are all lined up and do not turn off at the next light, just drive all the way through town. 

Either police it and catch these people or allow the rest of us to use it as well because its very frustrating to sit behind all the trucks that bog down the hwy while all the cheaters drive by in the HOV lane.
