Group Home Upkeep Important

Why do you think this group home should go in the Upper Mission T.C? You T.C. must live in Glenmore or Dilworth as I see you don't mention this group home going in these areas. I think the neighbours have a legitimate concern and this Group Home that is being run by Welcome Inn Society better do some real proving to the neighbours that there will be supervision and that the yard will look good etc. Not only in the home but outside also.
Are they going to fix the yard or is the house going to be treated like most rentals are and the yard looks worse all the time? Yes these people need a chance and I wish them luck but they better hope there is never a problem.
