Political Grand Standing

Talk about political grand standing. There must be an election in the near future.

What a big waste of time for the reporters. MLA's Rick Thorpe, Sindi Hawkins and John Wiesbeck call a big press conference to make an announcement and they waste everyone's time by saying that the bridge construction will go ahead. Really? No way! Your kidding!

Come on people, this is almost old news already. Why on earth did they bother wasting people's time for this?

What gets me is they completely sidestep the question asked them if this is all for show because of the up and coming election. Typical politicians aren't they? They can't even answer the question truthfully. I for one am disgusted with these MLA's and politicians in general. They never give a straight answer.

How stupid do they think we are? I'm glad the reporters said what they said.
