Locked Park Washroom Suggestion

Surely there must be a solution for all - perhaps a child's bathroom with half walls. It would be decent for a child with a parent but not enough room for a drug user to hide.

I noticed today at the dog park in Glenmore they get a Johnny on the Spot but the kids in town have to go through major panic in fear of wetting themselves!

The parks were very busy today and have been on many occasions through the Winter months.
