I think Kelowna should be a welcome place for people to voice their opinion.
Maybe a new flag pole in a "non-business" location could be erected so that we may share it for those wanting to share a flagpole?
Perhaps it could be rented it out for a week to people wishing to use it.
When it's not in use maybe a Kelowna flag could be flown in it's place.
Wishing Kelowna would be more open and inviting,
