Too Many Thieves In Vernon

Vernon is the worst place to visit and shop. My husband went to Vernon
and picked up groceries from Canadian Wholesale for the six of us. Our four
children are all under 6 years old. The trunk of the car was full so he put all the food in the back seat and locked up the car. We have an old beat up car which shows we aren't a rich family. However a thief decided to grab that chance to break into the car, broke the rear window and grabbed all the food in the back along with the store receipt. The end result is no food for us for another month. Our children go hungry for the first time this month because of the thief who stole food right from our children's mouths.

My husband went back to the Wholesale Store to report the theft in case the thief used the food to get money out of the receipt. They have said no one has been in to exchange the food for money and that it's our loss. End of the story.

Lesson to us to never shop in Vernon again! Too many thieves in Vernon and
the crime rate is just rising daily in Vernon which makes it not worth shopping there again for fear our car would be stolen, or food or anything else. God forbid our children?
