Smart meters not so safe

Smart Meters' are not 'Safe Meters',  in my opinion.  Here's why.

1   "Smart Meters'  do not conform to C.S.A protocol.

• 'Provincial Laws in Canada stipulate  that electrical appliances connected to a public power source, must conform to C.S.A. Standards'.  

2.   The Smart Meter Program violates ' Safety Code 6'.

• (a) Safety Code 6 is the law governing the frequencies, and devices used in the Smart Meter Program.  The BC Utilities Commission as well as BC Hydro recognize and state in their literature, compliance with Safety Code 6 is required.
• (b) It is important for the Minister to understand that although Safety Code 6 is  based on decades of scientific literature, the code acknowledges the mechanism linking the frequencies to adverse health effects are missing. The missing mechanism was reported through Health Canada and by expert witness to Canadian Parliament's Standing Committee on Health in the fall of 2010.

3.   Safety Code 6 is specific that the unintentional stimulation of tissue is to be avoided as is the heat effect.

• Experiential studies have shown it can lead to nerve and muscle stimulation.  The reported mechanism substantiates the electromagnetic induction of neurological systems is happening.  Electromagnetic induction is how we generate electricity, except with these frequencies, humans are the conductors.

4.  BC Hydro's engineers can confirm that electromagnetically inducing their grid isn't allowed, and the same applies to the human, polinators or ecosystem's electrical grids.

5.  With the mechanism found, Smart Grid frequencies are now in violation of Safety Code 6.

• The Clean Energy Act does not provide an exemption.  Part 5 (17) requires the meters and grid to meet prescribed requirements as well as regulation.  Neither B.C. Hydro nor their contractors have a right or reason to enter people's property to install illegal technology.  

6.   It is critical for the Minister to understand, investigate and report the liabilities for causing neurological damage to humans, polinators or ecosystems.  

• It is my understanding that the major shareholders of BC Hydro are the public.  What are the potential costs associated with causing adverse health effects to humans or the ecosystems that provide economy, and sustain life ?  SIDS rates in B.C. are up 30% over 2010 with four months to go and the frequencies can't be ruled out as contributing.

7.    Several municipalities have issued requests for moratoriums, but the reality is there is no acceptable amount of electromagnetic induction allowed.  

• Smart Meters and the Smart Grid will still be violation of Safety Code 6. We aren't electrically compatible and it isn't definable as sustainable under the Auditor General's Act.

8.    The danger of RF EMF's are now lectured in medical education, for education credits health professional require for licensing. 

• With the mechanism found, it isn't and option, it is now recognised and appoved medical education.

9.    Health Canada's administration will have to answer for their negligence for reporting the frequencies are safe but not reporting the mechanism found showing the frequencies aren't safe.

I could cite much more, but I think you'll appreciate, after reading this, how serious a health hazard Smart Meters are to the general public, not to mention fires, damaged electrical appliances, and electrical interference, to private property.
