Well the Mayor wants us to work together, good idea, however I think that statement is a little late and not enough to smooth the wrinkles out. In a show of the Mayors commitment to the problems will he impose a curfew on minors in this city? That alone could eliminate a large portion of the problem.
If there had been a curfew for minors in place maybe Mr. Skulley would still be alive today. It would definitely have a major impact on the graffiti problem, vandalism, break and enters. If parents cannot raise their children and leave the job for society then that should come with a serious price tag.
Look at the price the Skulley family has paid for some bad brought up punks the product of irresponsible parents. Along with the jail time the murderers get the parents should be given fines for punitive, hardship and other damages to take care of Mr. Skulleys family and affairs!
