Letter: Die Air Canada

I for one, am waiting for the demise of Air Canada. It is long overdue, and well deserved,as far as I am concerned.

Air Canada should have taken some lessons recently from the changes that have occured in the marketplace. We don't need fancy meals, and we certainly don't need "attitude" from the crew. I can live without a movie for my flight. They act like WE should be glad, that they are there to serve us! They should be instead glad that we LET them serve us.

Air Canada has been to slow to change. WestJet does a great job and runs an efficient, clean,timely airline with a staff, that is happy you fly with them. What a concept!

I do not want my tax dollars entering Air Canada's door. Enough is enough !
The world has changed... bigger is not better!
