Another question for Kelowna Transit.
How can Translink, the bus authority in Vancouver and surrounding areas, offer their service FREE of charge on New Year's Eve?? The whole system is free of charge so people can enjoy themselves without worry.
Yet in tiny little Kelowna, we can't do the same.
