Take Responsibility For Animals

I think that owners of certain breeds of dogs, should be more responsible with their dogs. Banning certain breeds isn't the answer, and I have worked with certain breeds, and never had a problem.

It's the owners of these dogs, that make them vicious, and these owners shouldn't own a dog in the first place.
What is going to be banned next?, cats, rabbits, horses.
Come on people, if you own a certain breed take responsibility for it.
