Your power ends at the bridge

So what James is saying is that DWK does not have the right to make their own decisions because the City of Kelowna controls the regional district. Mr James - your power ends at the bridge.

Feel free to create all the Orwellian bylaws you wish for yourself there but you have no authority on the other side of the lake. Just another reason I am glad I voted for incorporation rather than for joining Kelowna in the referendum.
