I tip my hat to the office of the local MLA, Norm Letnick, and his exemplary staff, Monica and Evan, in particular. I recently faced a rather difficult dilemma, in which I found myself without sufficient mandatory travel documents required within an extremely short period of time.
Having exhausted all possible solutions available to me through the local government offices, I made a phone call to Norm's office and received immediate responses. I was impressed with the level of concern displayed by each individual and humbled by the extent of their efforts on my behalf.
Within 24 hours my problems were solved and I'm pleased to say that outstanding customer service does indeed still exist.
