RE:Questions after chemical spill
In response to all the letters regarding the chemical spill into Mill Creek, I too agree that it is very unfortunate what has happened from this and it is horrible that the wildlife is being effected. However, I think so many people are missing the big picture here.
If it wasn't for the quick response of all the firefighters and the hard work that they did the whole Stewart Centre and maybe more would have been completely destroyed. Because of them they were able to prevent the fire from spreading past the one building.
It is tragic what has resulted in this but let's all take a step back and be thankful many more businesses were not destroyed.
