No excuse for leaving dog in truck

I suppose there is some legal reason for fogging the face of the moron who left his dog in his truck but that fool deserves to be identified by the public if for no other reason than to be the brunt of all kinds of vilification!

He's the same kind of jerk who would leave his kids in the car while he goes out to buy cigarettes or whatever. "I'll just be a couple of minutes". Not only should he not be allowed to own a dog, he shouldn't be allowed to reproduce!

There is NO excuse for leaving your dog or your kids in the car in hot weather.
