Resume road work

When is work going to continue on the North Beach slide (alongside Highway 97, north of Summerland)?

This site has been inactive for more than eight months. I drive by it every day and there has been no noticeable rock movement. That would not be acceptable anywhere else in the province.

I’m calling out the Ministry of transportation. This is far beyond acceptable.

Where is the local government (on the issue)? It’s representatives stood at a podium complaining about this and there's been nothing but crickets since.

At least say something to keep us in the loop. Where's the plan? Maybe start building a new road. Do something. All I see now is incompetence.

The commuters of the valley are growing increasingly frustrated and their actions now will be remembered the next time we vote.
