Re. ICBC touts no-fault system (Castent, May 12)
ICBC is touting the no-fault system saying it will serve the Lapu-Lapu Day (car ramming) victims better.
Good luck to the victims as they will have to battle ICBC for the remainder of their lives, just like thousands of others before them.
Keep in mind ICBC is an insurance company and, trust me, there is no compassion, as I know from experience. ICBC’ will duck, dodge and deny claims. It is not here to help.
It will wear (claimants) down until they quit, go away and suffer. The need to be strong and fight for their rights.
