Gas going up in price

I see the price of gasoline is slowly creeping back up.

Is this the usual big corporate greed? The price of a barrel of oil fluctuates but generally has remained where it is for more than a year now.

How long will it take for the price of gasoline (at the pump) to go back up to $1.70 per litre, even with the carbon tax removed?
