RE:I will always flash my lights
Thanks Jeff. It’s nice to know that there are still some people out there that believe there is more to life than just bending over and taking it because someone in the government says you can’t do that. Short of the obvious that the RCMP don’t want to lose their ticket income, can someone tell us the reasoning behind this rule? What safety concerns are there? We all know that if someone is flashing their lights at you it gets your attention and you automatically slow-down. The average person should understand that most traffic rules are for safety and some are just for revenue.
How much crime is being solved at a radar check that takes a minimum of four officers and at least two hours? I understand the reasoning for school zones and intersections radar checks, but come-on in the middle of rush hour on hwy 97? What there’s no crack heads to bust? Oh, that’s right they don’t make any extra money from that kind of police work. Lets face it people that if the RCMP or any other police force wanted to slow traffic down it’s not that hard.
