I find it interesting that JR and others would like to see the drop-in centre moved to the North end of town. Do those folks ever venture down that way themselves to notice that while it may be considered the industrial area, it is also a huge residential area as well.
It should also be mentioned that many of the businesses in the north end operate evening shifts with employees getting off shift in the dark of night. Clearly something needs to be done and there does not seem to be an easy solution to this troubling situation.
