I agree with John Smith that Graffiti is a form of art. However, there are some individuals that just like to 'tag' objects and write the 'f' word on everything and that is vandalism.
I've seen some amazing works done by Graffiti artists in bigger cities like Vancouver or L. A., CA. I think it would be wonderful if businesses and the city got together to designate walls that could be used by these artists.
I realize everyone's idea of what is 'art' differs, but this is a form of art and needs to be showcased. Vancouver and Victoria have some amazing murals done on the sides of their buildings down town and I would rather look at a beautiful picture then plain old brick!
