I'd like to offer the City of Kelowna a reasonable solution to the access issue on the Greenway. Rather than pay the land "consultant" his NHL hockey-player like fee of over a million dollars, how about building pedestrian bridges before and after the disputed section of trail? Negotiate a deal with the land owner on the other side to use that side of the creek for a small section, and connect this to the main trail via two bridges. Problem resolved, likely at much less cost than a million of our tax dollars.
