Well it seems responsible dog owners learned nothing from Kevin the Goose being killed by
loose dogs running on the beach in Penticton.
On Sunday, the beach was once again a dogs’ playground (with) off-leash dogs barking at wild life, other dogs and people.
I can see the headline anytime now— “Child mauled on beach by dog in Penticton.”
It’s all due to (city) bylaw (officers) not doing their jobs. I ask once again for the bylaw department, or the City of Penticton, to show (residents) how many tickets have been written for breaking the bylaw of no dogs on beach.
Show us they are doing their job.
