Re. Paula Wieser's letter Happy with restoration work (Castanet, Feb. 27)
It was so nice and refreshing that Paula Wieser took the time to write to Castanet about a positive experience she had with a local restoration company.
These days some people hide behind their keyboards and leave negative comments about an experience regarding a business, writing hurtful and derogatory things because they can.
Most business owners I know do their utmost to satisfy their customers. They take it personally if a client has a bad experience.
