Happy with restoration work

We are bombarded with negative, tragic circumstances both near and far.

I must share a completely positive and uplifting experience, having been evacuated (because of flooding) from my home along north Westside Road in mid-October 2023. I’m now back in my home thanks to Okanagan Restoration.

From the onset of this personal tragedy, the company—top management to the many staff—worked diligently, professionally and exceptionally as if it were their own tragic situation, to bring my home back to pre-flood condition.

I was always given a patient and sympathetic ear to all of my inquiries and concerns throughout. Okanagan residents have gone through horrible loss as a result of floods and fires, and stress loads on insurance and restoration companies as well as trades and supply companies have been on overload for some time.

Okanagan Restoration have performed above and beyond for me and I will always be grateful and am so fortunate to have had such a crew in my corner of the world.
