I get a kick out of the Regional District "Smoke Bylaw"
Seems that they are barking up the wrong tree. Take a good look around this spring and see and smell all the slash burning and orchards burning off their garbage and you can really see and smell who is cusing the bad air quality. Granted wood stoves can cause some smoke but no way near to what the slash burners are causing. One slash burning operation equals thousands of wood burning stoves.
Bottom line... this is a double standard. All slash burning should be outlawed within the city boundries.
