Fix sidewalks in Penticton

I see people riding their bikes on the sidewalks and not using the bike lanes (in Penticton), so it makes me wonder why we have bike lanes when no one uses them.

The money could be better spent on our roads and sidewalks that are cracked and wrecked from weather and other things.

Are we going to wait until they have big holes in them before they get around to fixing them in Penticton?
