Uber delay unacceptable

Re. Kelowna councillor frustrated over lack of decision on Uber application (Castanet, March 25)

Thank you (Kelowna city Coun.) Ron Cannon for calling out the B.C. Passenger Transportation Board about the Uber ride hailing applications.

The delay is either intentional, stems from incompetence or is maybe a combination of both. B.C. residents deserve better.

I once worked for a man in a management role who told me “ I will never fire you for making a wrong decision but I will fire you for not making a decision.”

Perhaps some of this wisdom could be passed on to the B.C. Passenger Transportation Board members.
