Re. Journey Home's new tool designed to improve shelter access (Castanet, Nov. 23)
A new tool for the homeless? What a concept, especially for those experiencing homeless who have no money for food or shelter, let alone for a smart phone or a phone plan.
Clearly, while I appreciate the fact it may help the organizations, there remains a segment of our population that can't keep up with these new apps and expenses.
In my opinion, sadly, this new techy world leaves many of our most vulnerable (homeless, seniors and less advantaged) behind.
