I am asking the person who gets get in as mayor (of Kelowna) in this coming election to please stop (voting to approve) new buildings and spend money on the hospital and health care, roads and to give the RCMP more staff.
I am saying this because I am a senior, born in Penticton a long long time ago, hard of hearing and use a walker (but still have my wits about me).
I was mugged recently and my purse was stollen in Glenmore, two blocks from my home at 11 o’clock in the morning.
I would like to Thank the RCMP officier who attended. He did a good job and was very kind. And a special thank you to the teenaged boy and, I think, his sister ,who saw what happened and stopped to help
I appreciate what you did.
