I had the same experience. We booked our flights through Westjet and upon our return to Canada, Westjet let us down.
Twice we, (the Delta agent, my wife and I) were told Westjet would change our flights. This had to happen for Delta to change their end. But the changing of the flights never happened at WestJet’s end. Promises of return calls never happened.
It's been a week and not a call or an email. At one time three of us (inc. Delta) were calling different WestJet numbers and each spent three hours on hold.
WestJet has become a disaster. It talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.
