Here's a question for the grocers and or milk delivery system.
It seems every second litre of coffee cream we open curdles when it hits the hot coffee. It doesn't matter if you shake it first the cream is off. We drive directly home so it's not like the cream is sitting in the car while we do other errands. It also doesn't matter that we get the same results from Costco, Independent and Superstore.
Are milk crates being left on the loading dock too long? Are the refrigerator trucks not working properly?
What's going on?
