I watched the video of the altercation with VPD officers Friday evening.
What is clear in that video is the following:
Two VPD officers were trying to restrain a millennial who was completely resisting.
Another millennial tried to interfere shouting over and over with his video on what's your name. He was in immediate proximity to what the cops were trying to do and making it harder for them to do it.
A third millennial - a female - is irrationally shouting the whole time.
A bunch of other millennials are gathered around in a semi circle egging on the offender and yapping at the cops trying to do their job and making it harder and harder.
This generation needs to pull its head out of its ass and appreciate that cops do a tough job made harder by them and their constant need to capture it with their ever ready iPhones.
There are many good adults in this generation. But there is a reason this generation is seen by many for what so many are - spoiled, enabled and indulged.
Maybe next time one of you need help the cops should just pull out their phones and video tape you in need.
God help us all when this generation is in charge of anything.
