Totally disgusting to hear that someone would throw a kitten out of a moving vehicle! Wish the car behind had gotten the licence plate so justice could be served. Let's find this guy and throw him out of a truck at 60 miles an hour and see how he feels. He should feel the same pain as did this little Ivy. To be so cruel is beyond belief.
