Not all the citizens of Kelowna are as rabid for development as consecutive mayors and city councils. If over development hadn't turned our roads and highways into parking lots twice a day this would not be an issue. If the city was more concerned about the quality of life of its current taxpayers and less concerned with attracting new ones we'd all be better off.
