I'm done with Canada

I would like to say "I can't believe Canadians are considering vaccination passports" but, unfortunately, this is right up our alley. Canadians have gone from a rugged people with the strength, will and determination to explore and dominate a rugged continent to a soft and scared population who are willing to trade away hard-won freedoms for the illusion of safety.

There aren't enough students of history these days. There aren't enough avid readers. There aren't enough people capable of looking at the past and and realizing that we're marching down the road towards a horribly oppressive future.

Vaccination passports are just one more step on the road to tyranny and personally, I've had enough. I'm done with Canada. I've moved away and I won't be coming back any time soon. I will watch from a distance and hope for the best with the uncomfortable prediction that Canada will continue to destroy itself at the hands of its own people.
