Being treated like children

If you are a resident of BC, here's what the house rules are for us children (at least that's what it feels like we are being treated as).

Apparently we're not trusted to take care of ourselves, so big bad government has to lay down the rules.

I want to acknowledge that masks are OK, washing hands is good and so is physical distancing.

But the following is crossing the line and is not good:

- No one over to your household except only you and your spouse, children, etc who live there.
- No churches open for in person attendance to nourish the soul.
- No movie theatres open
- No live theatre, no dance halls, no indoor group fun of any kind

And so, we get to stay in our rooms and play with our toys. And don't you dare disobey because while we can't spank you (cause you're too big), we'll fine the crap out of you — that'll learn ya, you bad children.
