Don't over plow the roads

We are not at all pleased with the local contractor the City of West Kelowna Chose to clear the snow from out streets. They even plow after a rain. They sand the streets then send in another plow to scrape the sand to the sides of the road. As well they pile the snow in front of our drive ways. I cannot get out of my drive way without using my snow blower to clear a path. We could save a pile of money if the City would only have the snow plow the streets after a snow fall (not 2 or 3 times in one night just to keep them busy). I would hope these contractors would spend some time training their operators before putting them behind the wheel of a snow plow.
