My mask is just fine

Interior Health now demands anyone entering their facilities to wear a "hospital grade" mask.   There was a time when we were told not to wear surgical/hospital masks as there was a shortage.  Now they are giving them away, at a time when numbers of Covid 19 cases are high and there is concern about new variants.

Since the pandemic started we've been told masks are necessary, save surgical masks for health care workers.  Then we're told we should wear masks.  Now we're being told our masks aren't good enough, that they must be "hospital grade".  These masks do not fit many people as they are too loose and thus offer little protection.  When they don't fit they are useless compared to a cotton mask which fits snuggly.

If Interior Health is going to insist I wear one of their masks,  it will be over top of my two layer, cotton mask with filter that fits.
