Good day folks! Is it only me or have other folks noticed the deterioration of products from Tim Hortons stores in our area (4 different outlets)? It started with BLT with half strips of bacon on them instead of in the picture where it hangs out of the bun, ice caps being diluted and very little taste and now the beef sandwiches not looking any where near like the picture that is advertised!
The single slice of beef is bleached and very little onion crumbles and sauce. I could go on but I hope the question is out there. There seems to be a difference in owners which may contribute to maximize profits over customer satisfaction.
The should have the picture in front of the person who assembles their products so they know what is advertised.
