I think public beaches need to be cleaned free of needles. Doctors shouldn't be saying it happens all the time because this is unsafe. Even though chances are slim that someone may contract a disease what if someone were to contract aids? I think the city or someone needs to take care of our public beaches and parks more than they do, so there is less of a chance that a person will be stuck with a needle in their foot. It disgusts me how it is just so casual to a doctor. This isn't safe for people.
