Better wet than dry

If the supportive housing is going to go ahead at the proposed Rutland site, then I think it is better that it be a wet facility than a dry one.

It is better to have people doing drugs in their home instead of out in the park and on school grounds and streets, where they would also be sleeping if they do not get a wet facility.

Whether it is a wet or dry facility, it is still going to house some of the same type of people, so let it be wet so they are off the street.
