Professional protesters?

I was watching coverage of protesters against the Trans Mountain pipeline in Ottawa, and three people front and centre were wearing masks covering their faces.  

If you are so committed to your cause, why are you wearing a mask?

Later that evening, I was watching the protest in Vancouver.  

The same people in masks appeared to be there, too.

Who are these people? They are really racking up the air miles.  

These people in masks should not be tolerated by those protesters honestly voicing their cause. We all need transparency here.
