I agree with you C.H. I feel the same way! I was there on the 1st with my friend walking the park. I should have had my DOG for PROTECTION....This DRUNK guy came up and started pushing for MONEY. He followed us for awhile before walking away to ask another person for cash. I think that our DOGS should be allowed to walk with us for our own safety in the city park. DOGS don't have to be mean, but it is nice to feel the safety of your pet. That alone might make BAD people think twice about doing something stupid to a child or older person that can't fight back.
