'Flushed' with pride

Re: Thanks for the flush

Did I read this letter correctly?  Someone is actually upset because they were acknowledged when entering a premise and then respectfully spoken to by an attentive staff member actually doing their job?

A rare occurrence these days, I might add.

I guess the staff should be trained in mind reading so as to understand when a person enters the building and they only want to use the rest room.

Wow, times they are a changing. Perhaps this individual should try just being “thankful” that there is a bathroom to use in times of need rather than dissing a staff member who was only trying to be good at their job.

After all, going potty is nothing to be ashamed about, we all do it.
