Proper sidewalks needed

I live on Butt Road, which is one of the busiest roads in west Kelowna.

The ambulance uses this road as well. I have complained to the city about how unsafe it is for people to walk along the road, especially in the wintertime. People have to walk on the road or walk in the snow.

The volume of traffic is one thing, but we also face drivers who think it is their personal road. I have never seen anything to improve the situation.

It would be nice to have someone actually do something to improve the situation before someone is injured or worse.

We pay our taxes, and they want to increase them to pay for more sidewalks. All the city workers do is drive around and take their time to attempt to look busy and working hard.

There's a lot of things that are needed before a new city hall.
