How much theft must we endure?
My idea is to put a GPS tracker on everyone charged with theft for at least a year, five would be even better.
When something gets stolen, check for the GPS units.
If there was one there, well go get them. They would be easy to find.
This would make it impossible for repeat offenders to get away with their crimes.
