Almost got away with it

Very happy to see the Federal Court of Appeal's decision on the Trans Mountain Pipeline.

No matter what your position is, you have to respect our Premier John Horgan for standing up against these massive corporations and to our neighbouring province that has become so blinded by money and greed.

The Federal Court of Appeal found so many flaws in the reports, that it unanimously overturned the federal government decision to approve this flawed project.

The increase in tanker traffic and no actual figures on the allowance was alarming from the beginning. Now, the federal government needs to present some hard-core, structured plans, including meaningful dialogue with our First Nations, limitations, and strict rules about the increased tanker traffic if they have any chance for this project to go ahead.

The social impact and environmental due diligence was completely disregarded by these massive corporations, and they almost got away with it.
